Make a bag to house your favorite Tarot or oracle deck or give as a gift. 
Participants will
  • Learn how to measure, cut and assemble a basic bag that can be used to house a tarot bag
  • Explore a variety of hand sewing techniques such as applique, embroidery and patchwork to create unique bag
  • Complete one bag​
Design and create an altar cloth for spiritual use.
Participants will: 
  • Explore how slow-stitching techniques allow us to imbue our altar cloths with spiritual meaning
  • Learn several simple stitches to embroider their pieces.
  • Use patchwork, applique, and visible mending techniques

Face to Face Classes at The Well, West Asheville, NC

The Well is a new event space in West Asheville, just off Haywood Road. The space can be found inside Mountain Magic Studio at 2 Louisiana Avenue. I am really thrilled to be teaching these classes in my community.
